Building e-Report System [BERES] adalah sebuah aplikasi pengurusan aduan pembeli rumah untuk memudahkan urusan komunikasi dan simpanan maklumat penyelenggaraan dan kerosakan rumah. Setiap pemilik rumah akan mempunyai akaun untuk membenarkan mereka melakukan aduan kerosakan, memantau status penyelenggaraan antara pemilik rumah, pemaju dan kontraktor.
