Dialpad will cost you customers. Despite numerous attempts to get a proper caller ID name displayed they simply state there is nothing they can do. Their solution is to recommend texting customers before calling which is not always viable when dealing with senior citizens. They blame the major carriers yet the name displayed is an internal identifier (Sales #) rather than any business or being identified as spam.
