Troll Co

My buddies and I, after working all day, always would say we looked like Trolls when we were done our shift. Dirty and grubby with messed up hair; it looked like we should be living under a bridge.

Then the Internet came along and made a "Troll" someone that sits behind a keyboard with Cheeto fingers talking smack. We wanted to go against the grain and bring back the Troll that is as tough as nails and never quits.

It’s ok if you don’t want to be a lawyer, dentist or some other type of cube-monkey job. Trades can be very rewarding, pay well and at the end of the day you can stand back and say, “I built that.”

There are a lot of hard-working men and women in the trades right now, but they are not being replaced fast enough with skilled young people. It’s time to change the mindset that being in the trades is less important than a doctor or lawyer. Support and encourage blue collar jobs; don’t steer our young people away from them.
