booking literally always fails. happily takes your money, crashes, then takes days to return your money. customer service just tell you to try again... and guess what? it takes your money and crashes again. if there was a zero star option I would have chosen that. complete - and expensive - waste of your time.

downloaded but it would not let me log in or reset my password I contacted them via their email to sort it but got a reply saying the email was not monitored and to log into the App and they would sort my query Absolutely ridiculous I have used Aferry for years and currently have a booking with them via the website for end of August via their website So very disappointed They replied after reading the review saying they had contacted me via their chat to sort it out but nothing has come through
