In this Captain Marcellus game you work as an agent for the Central Command and you have to try to find out what is going on on the Sophiapolder.
Discover and destroy mysterious machines with your phone but watch out! Strange robots are lurking and they will do everything to ensure that your mission will fail.

Important information on how to download and play the game:
Download the Captain Marcellus app on your phone. Go to Veersedijk 301 in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht. Here you can take the ferry (free!) to the Sophiapolder (Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday from 12:00 to 17:00, last departure is at 16:00).
On the polder you go to the visitor center (tea and coffee are available here for free).
It is important that you are at the door of the visitor center when opening the game.
The game starts with an instruction video and then a short intro video. Watch these carefully.
With your phone's camera you can look for objects, machines, robots, nuggets, etc... By tapping an object with your finger (on the screen of your phone), you can pick it up or shoot it.
Important!
After destroying some objects you will see a cutscene. Do not move while watching the video. Otherwise, you run the risk of walking past other important objects. Watch the videos carefully because after each video you will receive a question about the video with which you can earn points.
At the bottom left of the screen is a map. If you tap on this map you will see an enlarged version of the map showing the locations of all objects.
Don't walk too fast in this game, but take a good look around you to see where the objects are. From the visitor center, head towards the wooden platform, you will encounter objects along the way.
When you have walked the entire route, the game calculates how many points you have.
You collect points by: destroying objects, destroying robots, collecting nuggets, destroying timelines, answering questions correctly and by doing all of this as quickly as possible.
The ten best players can find themselves in the Highscore.
Good to know:
If the game fails (for example due to other activities on your phone) you can restart the game where it failed. The game remembers where you left off, your scores and your activities. So you don't have to go back to the starting point, but you can simply continue playing the game at the same position.
