Hebrew Words - Ross

This is a Biblical Hebrew vocabulary app which focuses on learning by ear. You will be shown a pair of pictures and asked to pick the correct one based on what you hear. Words are pronounced by a native Hebrew speaker – so you’ll be hearing good Hebrew. The pairs of pictures are organized so they build upon one other making learning intuitive and natural and requiring no previous Hebrew knowledge whatsoever. The word lists come from Allen Ross's first year textbook "Introducing Biblical Hebrew". There are 486 words.

There is also an option to view the Hebrew text (consonants only) but I would encourage you to learn first by ear.
