The Ginistry began when two brothers found a rusting Citroen HY Van and thought it would be easy to transform it into a roadworthy Gin and Tonic bar. Suddenly it stopped being the rusty old Parisian Delicatessen van and Mathis, the little Superstar was born. The three of us, alongside a few helpers, began touring the country, selling the finest Gin & Tonics there is to offer.
In 2019, The Ginistry found its permanent home in Oxted. We have worked tirelessly to create an intimate and quirky environment where the star of the show is GIN… And lots of it! Our menu is ever growing and we stock some of the world's most premium Gins.
Mathis is still as successful as ever, providing the G&T's to the masses.
Our love for Gin is forever growing and we look forward to sharing our knowledge and a G&T with you.
