The Tech2gether app gives students and professionals insight into the research of the Technology, Health & Care research group (Saxion University of Applied Sciences) and the Care & Technology practice group (ROC van Twente). The information is displayed in, among others, Augmented Reality (AR) to respond to the gap between healthcare and technology. For this a painting was made in "Banksy style" that shows the cooperation between the different disciplines. It is also possible to view the application without the (physical) painting.
Lectorates and practorat are research groups within a college and ROC. At Saxion University of Applied Sciences and ROC van Twente, research is being conducted into the adoption and acceptance of technologies by people. The domains that are central to the research are health, well-being and communication. Together with care institutions, professionals, companies, care recipients and knowledge institutions, practice-oriented research is carried out and the results are applied to education and to the practice of care and welfare.
Each research has its own path within the app. The longer you follow a path, the more information you get. This way, the information matches every user.
