Token Mobile is the new security application of Banco de Occidente which generates a random key of short duration, which allows you to SAFERLY register to Mobile Banking and your transactions on the Internet and A.L.O.
Instructions for activation:
• After downloading the application on your smart device, enter the "Token Mobile" application and accept terms and conditions.
• Select the QR code button.
• Enter our website www.bancodeoccidente.com.co, access the Transactional Zone, in the Token tab, select the Request Token option
• Activate the application on your device, focusing on the QR code that appears on the screen of your computer with the back camera of your mobile phone
• Complete the activation of your Token Mobile, at the ATM closest to the ATH network.
• At the ATH ATM, insert your Banco de Occidente active debit card and go to the "Activations" option and then the Token Mobile option (previously open your application and generate a key to be used at the ATM)
• Enter the key generated by your Token Mobile and Continue.
• Enter the key of your debit card.
