About Inspire

The main objective of “INSPIRE Serious Game” is to inspire young people to engage in Social Entrepreneurship by identifying the key role they can play in a team. If you like playing digital games and learn through them important skills for your life and your initiative in social entrepreneurship this game is for you.

The INSPIRE serious game challenges the players to participate in a social initiative addressing specific SDGs (Sustainable development goals) and overcoming existing challenges of entrepreneurs. While playing the personality, skills, and characteristics of the player are assessed in order to give back feedback on the role he can take in a team of young visionaries and how to develop their skills.

The INSPIRE serious game has been developed under the Erasmus+ project INSPIRE- Innovative Serious Play for Identifying your Role in a Social Entrepreneurship. INSPIRE project proposes that the success key for a new Social enterprise is the TEAM. The formation of a team with complementary skills, competencies, and roles before starting as well as engagement of new members during its scale-up is essential. Thus INSPIRE project emphasizes in developing a toolkit for assessing the skills and competencies as well as personality and career characteristics of young people and empowering them to develop efficient teams and companies.

INSPIRE serious game is one of the four outputs of the project. The other outputs are:
-Methodological guide of INSPIRE project
-Learning training guide for career development and psychometric methods.
-Learning training guide for viable Social Enterprises business models addressing challenges based on SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) and for effective use of Social Media.
