How to become a civil servant
To become a civil servant, you must take and pass the regular recruitment exam conducted by the Ministry of Human Resources and Innovation and each local government.
Recruitment tests are largely divided into ‘by position’ for grades 9 and 7, and ‘by recruitment agency (by region)’ for national and local positions.
