An automated Operator Platform (market place), which helps rural citizens to supply agricultural products to social facilities in their area, which in turn will increase the income of rural residents and reduce the outflow of the population to cities. The implementation of the project will strengthen the agricultural sector, reduce the outflow of population from rural areas and resolve the issue of import substitution.
At the same time, objects of the social sector - schools, hospitals, municipal institutions, receive high-quality and inexpensive local products for their needs.
This project fits into the model of obtaining additional income for a rural citizen through the creation of "Centers of Attraction" with an organized logistics infrastructure, a quality control center and a product packaging center. When this model is implemented, the owner of a personal subsidiary farm (hereinafter referred to as LPH) gets the opportunity to realize surplus crops.
