Located in the heart of town, Be Issy will be the first positive-energy building in Issy-les-Moulineaux due to optimized bioclimatic design and implementation of renewable energy such as geothermal and solar. Be Issy designed labels and certifications BEPOS, HQE Exceptional BREEAM Excellent and WELL. Created by the architect Philip Chiambaretta and developed by PRD OFFICE, the building was purchased off-plan by Gecina for delivery during 2018.
