With the On Track app you can quickly gain insight into the things that are really important to you. On Track is your personal dashboard on which you can easily and quickly keep track of how things are going at work and at home from day to day. You do not do this by writing long stories, but by quickly assigning scores to variables that you choose yourself because they are meaningful to you. Is your moment or situation not listed? Then you create it yourself!
For example, with On Track you learn to recognize (behavioural) patterns and you can take action if you like. Because insight into your own behavior and perception of your work and/or home situation are often a good starting point for doing something about the situation.
The On Track app consists of the following features:
- You can enter Status Updates for as many as 22 variables; from your own mood to the atmosphere in the classroom!
- You can record Success Moments for 16 predetermined moments of success; did you give or receive a compliment today? Or have you received a nice response from a student? Write it down!
- Is your moment not listed? Then simply create your own moment!
- Do you want to share more about your day? Then you can easily make extra notes in your personal diary
- In your own calendar, On Track keeps track of what you have entered so that you can always quickly and easily see what you looked like last week or month.
- But you can also plot all the data points you have collected in different types of graphs to get the best insight into what matters to you. You can even combine graphs to find out if different data points are related.
- While you map out how you are doing on your dashboard, collect badges about your own behavior; can you complete them all?
- Finally, you can set yourself on which days you do or do not want to work with On Track. Are you taking the weekend off? Then set it up like this! Do you work part-time and don't want to track those days? Then you can easily set that up!
- Nothing is shared with your colleagues or your employer. Everything is stored locally.
