Our project has a dual purpose.
On the one hand, by creating something fun, simple and effective, through an alternative to conventional purchasing method, we want to try to liberalize the entrepreneurial activity of our partners as much as possible, in the hope of being able to help them invoice a "capital gain" thanks to the new "sales" system on which our site and program is based; on the other hand, it is hoped to make someone's dream come true or at least to give a bit of serenity.
How does it work
We focus on a small shareholding of each individual citizen of ours who intends to contribute, in part, to the purchase of the identified and proposed property, in the hope of winning ownership of the same.
More precisely, we offer the possibility, only to subscribers, to be able to "buy as a group" a certain commercial product, whether it is mobile or immovable, by participating at a fixed fee starting from € 1. once the market price of the well, requested by the seller, the identification of one Euro will start from among those paid which will give the right to assign the property to the one who has materially paid the same.
Basically:
1- we break down the price of the asset for sale in quotas from € 1 up to the total, proposing to our members the participation in the purchase of the same if of interest to them;
2- each member can participate even by just paying 1 € and each Euro paid will be electronically filed by the internal system;
3- when the (market) price requested by our partner seller is reached, a computerized extraction will start which will decide who will be assigned ownership of the purchased good, choosing 1 (one) € among those paid;
4- each subscriber, therefore, decides to participate and contribute to the purchase of a certain asset in the hope of being given ownership of the same, however aware of the percentages in his favor and accepting the procedures established for the assignment of the asset itself;
5- for every good purchased there will always be an owner among those who have decided, contributed and participated in the group purchase of the good itself.
