The Coordinating-Yourself methodology came into my home, playing with my daughter, 21 years ago. In addition to my daughter, Malú, the classroom was the great laboratory, where I tried all the activities proposed in the books.
Through this book, I come to propose a teaching of classical technique, in a playful way, initially offering a familiarization of the child with the dynamics, rhythm and execution of the proposed steps. When talking about Ballet technique, we are talking about Specific Motor Phase so I suggest that we use it in our classroom, for children from 7 years old.
The Coordinating-up methodology has been adding, in addition to all technical learning, a playful and fun learning experience. I want each page of this book to be an instrument for learning and encouraging creativity and love for dance.
