The internal app of the KJHZ Groß Börnecke for training and recertification.
Educators in the induction phase can access the knowledge modules for the induction phase. The employee accounts can later be set by the administrator of the associated database to the status of an employee in the recertification phase, whereby an alternative (but similar in content and functionally identical) catalog with other knowledge modules is made available.
Alternatively, accounts can be given mentor status by the administrator. Mentors can start new chats with other employees and send circular messages to all employees. In chat flows, only text messages can be sent from both sides, no images or other media files. Mentors can also see how often other employees have answered the quiz questions correctly and incorrectly and what progress they have made in processing the knowledge modules. You can also see the feedback given by all employees.
When working on the knowledge modules, users are forced at a certain point for didactic reasons to wait a certain period (16 hours) before they can continue with the processing. This function is used several times in the app. The processing of such knowledge modules can only be completed if users wait accordingly and then continue.
The knowledge modules are structured in phases. By completing a knowledge module, certain quiz questions are unlocked, which are then added to the question pool of questions that are asked in the quiz. The next phase is activated when users have given at least 70% correct answers to all of the quiz questions for all modules in the current phase. If the waiting time is not waited for, the module in question cannot be completed, the quiz questions are accordingly not activated and the next phase cannot be activated in which the quiz questions are answered correctly.
In the knowledge modules of the later phases, other content-related aspects of youth work are dealt with, but functionally the modules are identical to those from the first phase.
