meaningful learning, culture of thought, cyclical sequencing of contents, development of key competences.
Additionally, the program is reinforced with two innovative pedagogical strategies, especially effective bearing in mind the characteristics of the students of Generation Z: gamification and personalization of learning (personal learning path).
The use of technology allows us to gamify learning and convert each apprentice into a player. Learning and playing in a digital and gamified environment means that each player gets immediate feedback from their exercises. The apprentice lives a creative, motivating and meaningful experience because he takes part in the definition of his itinerary that, in turn, invites him to investigate, reflect, resolve situations and apply knowledge in a reflexive and critical way.
The decisions made by each apprentice and the results of the activities are recorded in a "Teacher's Panel". This traceability, together with the labeling of all the activities allows the teacher to have a personalized report and a very precise follow-up of the student's progress in the acquisition of their learning objectives.
