About Kung Fu Klub

Martial arts not only trains strength and stamina - but also helps to reduce stress. Anyone who practices martial arts becomes more resilient, gains inner peace and feels more relaxed and balanced. In short: you develop into a personality who knows what she feels, who says what she thinks and who does what she says. An important building block is reality-based self-defence. Your appearance, body language and the conscious use of language will be trained, played through and optimized in a realistic way. You train how to deal with conflicts and self-assertion in order to learn to act quickly in hectic situations. Many of our members use martial arts to stay in shape and build new muscle. Since the exercises address many muscle groups, your muscles will be well trained. Perception training and synapse training are further components. Strength, reactions and presence improve significantly.
