• Cards must be in good print quality, with no scratches, torn, or damp.
• Keep the card on a flat surface to avoid reading problems.
• When placing cards in front of the device, wait a few seconds for it to read it, leaving at least 10 cm of distance between the card and the device.
• To ensure optimal reading of the card, use the application in a well-lit environment, but be careful with light reflections.
