Pebble Pirates is the mobile app with a new take on the old game of Mancala. For all those landlubbers out there may who not know what Mancala is, it’s a two-player and turn-based board game that involves strategy, sowing seeds, and capturing your opponent’s booty!
How to Play Pebble Pirates
*Players are presented with a board containing carved out pits on either side.
*Each player begins by placing any amount of seeds, stones or, of course, pebbles into each of the carved out pits presented on your mobile screen.
*The objective of Pirate Pebbles is to collect the most amount of pebbles in your personal-pebble-pit.
*Taking turns, players must remove all of the pebbles from one of the pits and, one by one, drop them into the other pits (their personal-pebble-pit included) in an anti-clockwise direction.
*If, by the end of your hand of pebbles, you place the last pebble into a pit that contains at least one pebble, the player must pick up all the pebbles from that pit and continue the sequence.
*A player’s turn ends when the last pebble in their hand is placed in a pit containing no other pebbles.
*The game is completed once one side of the carved out pits no longer contains any pebbles.
*Players then count how many pebbles are in their personal-pebble-pit and the player with the most pebbles, wins!
Pebble Pirates is a relaxing and not-too-competitive game that can be played versus the internal computer or with another player who joins in the fun.
