Working for 11 years in his brother Guga's pastry shop, Cauê decided to put into practice everything he had acquired over time, he set up his pastry company in Lauro de Freitas, in the metropolitan region of Salvador, baptizing it as Caublack Pastéis, a name given due to the codename that he had in his adolescence and for having a half “black” hair.
Caublack Pasteis was born against a sad but resilient scenario. In 2020 we were trying to survive against a pandemic (Covid-19), inside his apartment there was a delivery pastry shop, little by little it took shape and that saying “word of mouth” was proving that it is the best marketing there is.
