Volunteer with us: A youth organization that invests youth energies and works to support the community.
Vision: A pioneering and influential society investing in energies and possessing elements of continuity.
Objectives:
1. Raise the issue of social responsibility, and mobilize the energy of members of the community and harnessed in the service of society and the advancement of society.
2. Revive and promote the values and concept of volunteerism in communities, especially in the youth sector.
3. Establish and develop volunteer teams and develop their capabilities, and develop their performance.
4. Supporting and serving the community in the field of values, development and relief.
5. Promote community peace to ensure civic development and provide an environment for communication and dialogue among the various youth segments.
Work Policies:
1. Formation of volunteer teams.
2. Develop a strategic plan of action.
3. Election of the team leader by members every six months.
4. Evaluate the team leader, committees and activities monthly.
5. Commitment to send monthly reports and financial statements.
6. Respect the privacy of individuals and communities, and adhere to ethics and public community controls.
7. Adopting human value in service, sharing, and away from sectarianism and racism.
8. Adoption of transparency in the financial aspect in terms of donation and disbursement, and follow-up directly from donors, and inform them of the targeted projects and details of their implementation, away from the concept of profit in programs and activities.
9. Commitment to security controls and taking approvals and not exposing the team to various legal problems.
10. Networking and cooperation with all local, regional and international organizations working to support the community.
Volunteer Rights:
1. Participation in events, activities, conferences and seminars held by the Foundation.
2. Participate in the membership or management of specialized committees established by the institution.
3. Submitting proposals that contribute to activating the work of the institution to the management of the team.
Volunteer Duties:
1. Respect and apply the provisions of the rules of procedure, the terms of application for membership and the decisions of the administrative body
2. Serious work and coordination in order to raise the status of the institution and achieve its objectives;
