Mobile App "MultiSolving" can be used by all citizens and all companies regularly registered in the TARI management of the reference municipality enabled for this service. This App can be downloaded from the latter for free.

It will be possible to take advantage of a guided function that allows the booking of the bulky collection service to all defined users

It will be possible to take advantage of a guided function that allows the booking of the WEEE service to all defined users
4. Reporting service
By sending photos, it will be possible to make reports to the company itself about environmental issues, such as situations of degradation or phenomena of abandonment and refusal in order to allow for a digitization of the citizens' requests and automate their management.
