About Ear Training

"Ear Training" features two ways you can practice your interval recognition. It uses a library of piano sounds to play notes, and shows you what is being played both with solfege notation (do, re, mi, fa, sol, la, si) and standard notation (A, B, C, D, E, F, G).

AUTOMATIC
In automatic mode, notes will play with a gap of however long you choose. This is mostly for those who are already very comfortable with interval recognition, who can challenge themselves by trying to list al of the notes before the next ones arrive.
The best way to use this mode is to close your eyes while you listen to the notes, and to look at the note name if you want to verify what's being played.

MANUAL
In manual mode, you can always choose to listen to your last note, which will act as your reference, and the next note, which you have to try and place. Once you think you know what note is being played, you can click to reveal the name and verify your guess.

NOTE: May not work with tablets.
