We all know it - it can be incredibly hard to sit still and concentrate for a long time. You sit and struggle with a task that is just impossible to find head and tail in. You take a break from the task, go for a walk on the toilet, throw some water in your head, and when you get back to the task, you can suddenly see , how it all fits together. We have given ourselves a "Brain Break" with the little walk - a little break for the brain and a little movement for the body, which makes us clearer in the head and sharpens concentration!
A Brain Break is a short physical exercise that acts as an energy-creating break in teaching. Brain Breaks typically last 3-5 minutes, and can be performed alone or with others.
The Brain Breaks I send out through MyBreak will most often be activities that must be performed together with one or more, as I believe that through this you can strengthen the community in the class. For me, it is important that the small active breaks are also fun, and they should preferably give a smile on the lips.
Through smiles and fun shared experiences, the community and the joy of movement is strengthened.
