Effective Project - The Projec

In Effective Project, each player is the manager of a project conducted by competing companies.

During the game, decisions must be made to obtain the best possible result, which can be achieved in several ways.

Therefore, it is up to the players to analyze the game scenario and adapt their strategy to have the most effective project, that is, one that brings more benefits to the company.

The following sections explain the rules for the base game, recommended for players new to Effective Design.

- OBJECTIVE

As in companies, the game is not won just by reaching a high index in just one attribute, such as profit for example.

A successful project usually has good indicators on several factors.

The game is won by whoever has the most effective project, which is measured by the sum of:

- Scope Completion
- Profit
- Customer satisfaction
- Team satisfaction
- Quality
- Techniques learned
- Completed goals

In the event of a tie, the player who reaches the highest score in the first item of the previous list wins (scope completion).

If this is also tied, the winner is the one with the highest score in the second (profit), then in the third, and so on.

In the rare case where all attributes are the same, players share the victory.
