Full description:
In an interactive virtual world, which you enter with VR glasses, situations that are normally difficult to realize immediately can quickly be brought into your room. Think of the mountains in Austria or a full meeting room.

Download the app, log in with your Therapieland account and get started with the program that is ready for you.

The app can contain the following programs:
- Relaxation: contains various calming situations, in which you can walk around with the help of the app and VR glasses. Examples of the calming situations are a quiet forest or a desert. In the meantime, you can listen to soothing music, nature sounds or guided meditations and breathing exercises.

- Speaking Fear Adults: Overcome your fear of speaking in public by exercising in a safe environment. You can practice with different situations such as a meeting, a proposal round or a job interview. In each scene you can choose from a positive, neutral or negative response from the audience.

- Fear of public speaking Young people: get over your fear of public speaking, so that you can stand in front of the class again without stomach ache. In this program you can practice speaking in front of the class in a safe environment. Choose a junior or senior class and choose whether the children in the class react positively, neutral or negatively to you.

- Fear of driving: get over your fear of driving, so that you can finally take the car again. In this program you can practice with nine different situations on the road, such as a rural route, insertion on the highway or roundabouts.

- Claustrophobia: In this program you will confront your fear of small spaces. You can choose between the public toilet or the elevator. In every situation you can choose the standard or the challenging version.

- Dog Phobia: Learn that you don't have to be afraid of dogs in this virtual environment by practicing in small steps. You can choose from different situations and different dogs; walk past a dog in front of the supermarket, past a dog on the street, ring someone with a dog or stand in a field where a dog is playing. The dogs differ in size and character. The goal is to get closer and closer to the dog and eventually walk past it.

- Agoraphobia: to feel more comfortable in busy and public places again, you can get started with this program. In this program you can practice in a safe environment with different situations: the train, the supermarket or the food halls. In every situation you can choose between three pressure levels. You can also choose to do this with or without the guidance of a therapist.

- MRI: to be able to prepare well for your MRI scan appointment, it is nice to know exactly what is going to happen; in this program you can go through a virtual appointment, so you will not be faced with any surprises later on. You can choose to go through the entire appointment, from the registration desk to saying goodbye to the lab technician, or you can just practice the MRI scan.

- Evening walk: in this virtual world you can take an evening walk through snowy Amsterdam. Stroll along Central Station, Dam Square, Rokin and Rembrandtplein!


NOTE: Currently you can only use the Blikopener app if a care provider has sent you an invitation for a Therapieland e-Health program. If you have a Therapieland account and a program (with VR part), you can use this app.

NOTE: Do not use this app if you have (in the past) suffered from epileptic or related complaints. If in doubt, ask your doctor for advice before use.
