The ThermoChron Collector (ThCh_C) program is an integral part of the ThermoChron Collector (TCC) complex, an effective mobile solution for servicing territorially dispersed temperature monitoring devices TERMOCHRON (iButton loggers of the DS1921 # F5 # family from Maxim Integrated).
By connecting the hardware components that are part of the complex to the Android gadget, and installing the ThCh_C program on it that controls their work, the user gets the opportunity to effectively support THERMOCHRON devices in the field, when using a computer is inconvenient, expensive or impossible. The complex allows you to read from the memory of the loggers, the results accumulated by them, as well as to archive them in the memory of the gadget and / or send them to the FTP server, with the aim of subsequent export of this data to a personal computer. It is also possible to generate receipt files that visually display in symbolic form the results of monitoring performed by the logger. In addition, the complex allows you to set the values of the logger settings, which determine the features of their work in the next monitoring session, start and stop the monitoring session, and also preserve the loggers that are decommissioned.
For the ThCh_C program to work, it is necessary to pair the case that requires servicing the TERMOCHRON device with the USB port of the gadget using a special adapter equipped with a receiving device for connecting iButton “tablets”. The ThCh_C program can function normally ONLY with legal adapters of modifications ML94A # manufactured by NTL Elin. One of these adapters is included in the package of delivery of any TTC complex.
