Paraloup is a historic mountain partisan village at 1400 meters of altitude in the valley of Rittana, in Stura Valley today is reborn to new life thanks to an innovative project to restore and hosts a hiking shelter, the Rifugio Paraloup, a visual archive Resistance, exhibitions and cultural events. A trail connects to Valloriate, another small country that has made a major contribution to the history of the liberation from fascism and which now houses a museum of the Resistance.
