The association "BH Dijaspora" Salzburg was founded on March 2, 2013. For the first meeting, the so-called founder meeting, 30 people took part that defines the statute of the association and have elected to a term of 2 years, the chairman of the respective sections.

The religious and political views of the association are neutral. The club has no financial gain to target and support better integration of Bosnian citizens and those who are Austrian citizens, without creating an imbalance to the Bosnian identity (language, culture, custom and tradition).
