Than 130 years ago the TSV Bogen was founded and is thus one of the oldest sports clubs in Bavaria. Since it can not keep up with even the FC Bayern Munich, there is only since 1900.
The football section has existed since 1926. The TSV bow was the first football club in the former district of Straubing-Bogen. Over the years, the Bogener footballers developed henceforth become an integral part in the Lower Bavarian football scene. Currently, the 1st team in the league Bayern outstanding representative of the city arch and the youth department is to become a top destination for talented football players from the region on the way.
