The Foundation democracy Saarland - short SDS - is a nonprofit entity civic education that is dedicated to the core values of social democracy and the labor movement and for people from all walks of life education is politically active. Our goals? We want to contribute to democratic ideas are spread and deepened in our society. We also seek to encourage the citizens in their social commitment and support. Our education programs? In addition to exhibitions, study trips and lectures, we offer free seminars to promote democratic values and international cooperation. By the way: From the Federal Agency for Civic Education, we have obtained the status of "state-recognized institution of political training" and were purchased from CERTQUA - according to the ISO 9001 standard - an independent tester: 2008 certified.
