Bakery Abeling stands as a traditional master operation for a variety daily freshly baked pastries and the highest standards of quality and service. We combine old world craftsmanship with modern technology and offer not only traditional breads and pastries ever new experiences for the palate and the eyes.
All products are in our factory manufactured by hand if bread, rolls and cakes through to Zimtstern and cleats. About eight different house drawn sourdoughs are performed daily,
to impart their own flavor to any bread and buns at any places.

The bakery Abeling, the oldest bakery of the island, was founded in 1886th In the 4th generation of the bakery bakery & pastry chef Erk new citizens, the grandson and owner Abeling's was handed over to the confectionery and master baker Klaus Funke and his wife Angelika in years of 2008.
