We, the Berlin Stock Exchange district e.V. (BBK) is a non-profit, led by student association. We were established in 1986 at the Free University of Berlin of academic staff of the then Department of Banking and Finance and are today with our approximately 430 members the largest non-political student organization Berlin.
And what we do?
We offer economically interested students a platform where they can exchange with each other, educate and socialize for companies to gain practical experience within the financial industry and even while studying.
The purpose of our association is to promote the shareholder culture in Germany. That is, we have made it our mission to improve financial literacy in the population, particularly for young people and thereby make an active contribution to the strengthening of trust and acceptance in the capital markets.
