In this closed area you will find all members of the network and our activities. With this app the planning of our events and the general exchange takes place.
The Competence Forum - an unbureaucratic network by and for women in responsibility from postcode area 38 - was founded on May 27, 2008.
As the name suggests, the members are either in management positions, have special skills or are multipliers, in short: women who make a difference.
The members decide jointly who is accepted into this group.
A success factor is the confidential treatment of information about the individual members, which is why we hold back with information about the circle.
Supported by this culture of values of openness, solidarity and trust, personal contact and commitment are our priority.
Professional and general personal development beyond the usual professional contacts is important to us. This goal can be achieved through the mix of industries and the diverse interests of the members. This also includes mutual respect, loyalty and mutual support.
We are a community without fixed regulations and membership fees. The latter are charged sporadically when our club fund has to be replenished.
Just as the KompetenzForum was formed by the interests of the members, the content is also determined by their interests. The work within the network consists of the following activities:
- Regular forum meeting as a rule. every third Wednesday of the month
- Activities organized by the members
- Mutual invitations to external events
Furthermore, we repeatedly deal with the promotion of women in work and society.
In short - we are enthusiastic and curious.
