The app is ONLY supported on 64-bit devices. The application supports firmware for TE-PM and TEstream devices from x.80 to x.90. This application is a "stripped down" version of the VGpro application and the main task of the VGlite application is to check that it works on your device, demonstration of the capabilities and new architecture for creating elements, as well as for making a decision to purchase a paid VGpro application with all built-in capabilities.
