Micro Splitter is a free run & gun/hack & slash action platformer with procedural generation, and a lot of enemies.
The mechanics are simple, you can either shoot enemies, or you can dash through them with your sword. This allows for a focus on skills, and reaction time rather than min/maxing skills or grinding up levels.
