Spectacular inspection report software has certainly lived up to its name, they have provided Spectacular service for my company for several years now. Everything you need in an inspection reporting system without worrying about your customers data being shared for profit by outside vendors that have no interest in the reputation of your company. I would highly recommend Spectacular for your inspection reporting system.

I have using this app for over a year now and it has worked out very well. Had tried a couple different apps before using this one and this was big upgrade. As an inspector building up a business and client base the 25 for $150 has worked out great. Some months I have 10 to 12 inspections , other months I only have 3 or 4. It generates very professional and easy to understand reports that home owners and realtors appreciate.

This app is simple to navigate on my phone. I can be in any room at any time and document my findings. The narratives are precise and yet changeable if needed. I can take pictures and videos during my inspections. I have saved narratives to plug in when needed. The tech support has been the absolute best in the past 7 years! The biggest comment my clients say, as well as the Agents that I work with, is they love my easy to read reports. I highly recommend Spectacular Inspection System.

Aaron is always upgrading and responds quickly when I have questions. I havecbeen using this software for about for years now. Great product.
