Calgenda

Calenday is a free calendar and daily schedule planner app with reminder. It was initially design for medical staff to manage their daily clinical schedule and appointment, but it can be used to manage other schedule as well.
It provides more fields on event form and you can attach some pictures for more detail description or write final notes when an event is done.

You can share your schedule with your colleagues or friends.
To share your schedule, add other users into your colleague list and then invite them to participate in your event/ schedule. Invited participants can also write a final note on shared event.
