I was able to present to the noble reader the poetry of wisdom and ideals from the early centuries of Arabic from the time of Yarub bin Qahtan, the grandfather of the earliest Arabs until the last poet in the twentieth century. No old poet or hadith uttered wisdom or an example without looking at it and taking it.
After God, I ask that I have succeeded in serving my nation and to what will benefit its beloved language and peace
