Blur effect: blur photo editor

This is an application for making blurred pictures.
You can blur the entire image or only part of it.

Choose mode: Blur or Blur Shape.
In Blur mode you can blur the entire photo there.
If you want to blur only part of your photo, then push Blur button and choose opacity level. Blur the entire photo and then you can clear blur from the parts of the photo.
Change size of the pencil to clear smaller parts.
If you want to clear tiny parts, then you can zoom the image.

Push on Blur Shape button and blur particular shape in the photo.
There you will find different shapes: circle, square, triangle, heart and so on.
You can change size of shapes, rotate the shapes, add or remove borders.
