can't enter in any text. keypad pops up for a split second then immediately closes. tried everything. cleared cache, cleared all data, updated app, still won't work

I've never had a problem with the app. And the recent update is really clean and organized. I only wish that tracking progress on requests was still a feature. Every request - whether completed or not - is shown as "open". Before the update it would show whether it was in-progress or completed/closed. Just a minor detail I miss.

It will not take my address. it defaults it to a different address and there is nothing I can do to change it. pos.

it won't let me put in a full request. it ask for a phone number but it don't have a place for it. so I am not able to submit the request.

I spent over an hour trying to report grafetti and continued to hit dead ends with no path forward. First with my cell phone, then with my Chromebook.
