A bilateral approach that allows users to publish alerts and receive notifications according to preferences related to their profile in addition to communicating with the creator of an alert (such as the Ministry of Public Security of Quebec, Environment Canada, the SOPFEU or another user, simply).
Adds "supervised zones" that register the user in question with a region of Quebec. If an alert appears in this area, the user will receive a notification on each device to which their account is linked.
To link an account to a mobile device, simply authenticate via the app. To stop the device from being linked, simply disconnect.
