ACS Water Billing System

This is an online-based system that keeps all records of all members together with their meter numbers, keeps a record of meter readings for each specified period, receives and records payments generating receipts, registers applicable charges, generates reports for any specified period of time, has SMS module that sends bills to customers and can receive messages from customers, manages staff and Administration module that issues privileges and other administrative tasks.

It comes with a member portal that helps them access their bills anytime as well as make payments. It's integrated with payment gateways like M-pesa for the automatic posting of bills.

The system is online and hence can be accessed from anywhere using any device
