Aksi Cepat Tanggap (ACT) presents Humanity Bikers services to support the Humanity Care Line program. The rice aid, which was previously needed by the people who called the Humanity Care Line, was delivered directly to the beneficiary's door by a Humanity Bikers driver. The mechanism was made to be simpler. Beneficiaries simply call (0800-1165-228), then the data goes to the verification and distribution team, and directly goes to the Humanity Bikers application.
