ABOUT NIAJ

The Nucleus of Innovation and Judicial Administration (NIAJ) - integrates the Research Center "Judiciary, Justice and Society" of the Superior School of Magistrature of AJURIS. It is intended for field or bibliographic research on relevant legal topics in the area of ​​judicial administration and for the study and experimentation of projects and innovative proposals aimed at judicial provision.
Comprised of magistrates, professors, students and alumni of the Superior School of Magistracy, the NIAJ aims to promote the exchange of ideas about the role of the judiciary in the process of transforming the Judiciary in search of the desired effectiveness in the provision of jurisdiction, thus assuming , its responsibility for disseminating new proposals that allow for a more qualified management of the Judiciary and that guarantees, at the same time, security and efficiency.

NIAJ App - Legal Publications

The application is an initiative of the NIAJ and aims to facilitate access to legislation and doctrine for legal professionals, especially judges, without the need to consult codes and books or a permanent internet connection. The collection of publications initially has around 8,000 pages and is divided into four groups: Legislation, Judicial Administration Collection (CAJ), Multijuris Magazine and Publications. Through the application, it is possible to browse the publications' outline, perform text searches or extract excerpts for use in text editors.
