The "AstistoV" application is a tool that was created to address the problem related to the large amount of data needed for the correct operation of the main application - "Asisto". Due to the fact that products are recognized using artificial intelligence algorithms, it is necessary to collect an appropriate number of photos of products to be recognized. For this purpose, a side application was created - "AsistoV", which is tailored exactly to this task.
To add your brick to a full-size solution, the next time in the store, scan the barcode on the packaging of the selected product, place the product on the shelf and record it for several seconds at different angles, according to the instructions in the following video tutorial.
The recorded video will then be automatically sent to the server and, after passing the quality test, will be included in the set of videos on which the algorithm will base its future predictions.
