The DigiPMS application provides features related to direct interaction between Building Management and Residents:
- Residents view and look up debt related information.
- Allows checking and searching information on services such as management fees, electricity, water and vehicles.
- Allows directly sending inquiries, error reports, service problems and building quality to the Management Board with visual attached images.
- Receive news notifications from management
- Receive troubleshooting results for each customer account using the App
- Evaluate the quality of the management board: rated stars, and send comments
