About Frid App

The program consists of 7 workouts per week - 3 strength workouts, 2 aerobic workouts and 2 full flexibility workouts. You can perform one workout per day as recommended by the app, and you can combine 2 workouts together on the same day according to physical ability and free time.
Strength training is especially invested, showing videos that allow you to better understand how to perform the exercises and even if not sufficiently understood - we have added a description below so that no questions remain.
• Strength training that lasts exactly 28 minutes:
Three sets of different strength exercises, each set lasts 8 minutes -> 24 min
One minute rest between sets -> 2 min
Two minutes for flexibility at the end of the workout -> 2 min

Aerobic training of your choice in time ranges between 20 minutes and an hour and a half - any training that you enjoy performing - walking, running, cycling, swimming, climbing stairs, jumping rope and what not? If it involves sweating and panting - excellent.
The Cherry - a complete flexibility training that includes 17 different exercises that allow you to flex and stretch all parts of the body and protect it from potential injuries in the future.
